Regent Samsic clients gain fast track to contract status via site portal


An online portal enabling its clients to access a broad range of contract details for each of their locations has been introduced by national building support services contractor, Regent Samsic.

Developed in conjunction with software specialist Templa, the Customer Portal allows Regent Samsic to deliver information and selective data entry functionality out to clients via the internet through a password controlled client log-in screen on our website.

“More of our clients have been asking to be able to access key contract data like cleaning specifications, risk assessments, health and safety policy, details of periodic work and training records  in real time rather than wait until they can call or meet with our managers,” explains Regent Samsic Joint Managing Director – Operations, Jonathan King.

“This technology does away with the need for additional field management by enabling ready access to key account data so that our customers are completely up to speed with what’s happening on every one of their contacted sites.”

The Regent Samsic Customer Portal provides access to the details of each site or contract including different cleaning tasks, names and training records of employees, quality audit results, work-bills, hygiene product prices and purchases, billing information and equipment on site.

After successful trialling, Regent Samsic is rolling out the facility in a phased process to the majority of its client base from Spring 2017.
